    Overview for the Nikon Nivo 2M 2 Second Reflectorless Total Station

    The Nikon Nivo 2.M 2-Second Reflectorless Total Station with optical plummet and endless tangent features legendary Nikon high clarity optics for clearer images in bright and low light conditions. With on-board Nikon Survey software, this optical instrument provides surveyors with valuable positioning tools to perform topographic data collection, stakeout and layout jobs. It also has Bluetooth capability for connecting to data collectors and a large internal memory for saving files.

    Long Distance Measurement

    The Nikon Nivo 2.M's powerful and accurate EDM provides a long-distance reflectorless measurement range of 1,640 feet and approximately 9,843 feet feet using a single prism. In addition, this optical instrument includes a coaxial laser pointer to assist with target identification and reduced aiming time. With 10,000 points of internal memory, the Nivo M easily stores all your field data. This land surveying tool also has a tilt sensor and dual-axis compensator for precise leveling.

    Optional Laser Plummet and Locking Tangent

    It comes standard with a traditional optical plummet which can be upgraded to a laser plummet. You also have the option for locking tangent clamps at the upper right hand corner of the page.

    Nikon Survey Software

    Nikon Survey software has an intuitive and easy to learn user interface that includes a complete set of COGO and survey stakeout functions, simple data management, and quick field coding for convenient one-button data collection of point features and raw target data. Supporting both prism-based and reflectorless technologies, this field software takes advantage of the Nikon Nivo M Series’ MSR1 and MSR2 keys, which can be used to separately configure different prism or reflectorless measurement parameters, eliminating time switching between measurement modes.

    Ergonomic Design and Long-lasting Battery

    Featuring a dual black and white LCD display and alphanumeric keyboard with large user-definable keys, the Nivo 2.M provides fast and easy access to the functions that are used the most. Meeting IP66 standards with water and dust-proof protection, this field instrument is rugged and can operate in virtually all types of weather. It supports two interchangeable batteries that provide up to 62 hours of continuous measurements.

    This Nikon Nivo total station package comes with tribrach, plastic carrying case, two rechargeable batteries, power cord and adapters, universal charger and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
